By default, all your data (medication inventory, intake logs, profile pictures, and notes) is stored strictly on your device using encrypted, localized databases. The developer has no backend servers and cannot read your data.

If you choose to enable backup sync, the app uses standard secure OAuth to authenticate your Google Account. It will upload your local database file directly into your own private Google Drive storage (specifically in a secure folder the app manages). The developer has no access to your Google account or backups.

No. Pharma Cabinet does not track your app usage, diagnostics, or crashes using external telemetry trackers. We believe your medical utilities should remain entirely confidential.
